I was informed I would be working for Amazon, they would be setting up a website for us, and we would have a coach to walk us through it all. We would have learning tools..First lady "Jami" told us all lies to get us to fall for paying them the $199.00 which was debited out of my account. As we were learning, We were told we couldn't work for Amazon due to they didin't allow Illinois due to some tax reason...so they signed us up with Clickbank. I was not happy, but i continued to try it for 30 days as she begged. She said I had nothing to lose, that if I never made my money back in 30 days I had a money back garuntee..which I do have a copy of that garuntee. We were given a website www.davidsquickbuys.com which we were very upset for it was very generic. We were left with the understanding we would be selling products for amazon and we were gearing up for the holiday season in 2012. As time went on..we received excuse after excuse..finally I was firm and told Skyla that I wanted our money back..she once said I coudln't have it back without paying a pentally..then every time I called her she said she had to talk to her boss ..I was told then that my money had been debited back to my account the paper work was sent out..I knew it seemed fishy so I waited a few days..we had no money back in our acoount. I called again and again and againa...nothing but excuses. She said her boss said it was sent out it was out of their hands...I knew she was lying..because you don't mail it out, it is an immediate process to debit it back into my account. Now when I call they ask my name..if it is my name, I get put on hold, sometimes lose connection, and sometimes I talk to Skyla with more excuses. The program is not what I was told I was getting..I gave it my best tho, but in everything you had to do, you had to purchase another program. I ended up purchasing one other program for about $35.00 but no program, and no more tying to do it their way, I'm done!!!..
when I realized I was being scammed, i refused to purchase anymore...or do anymore with the business. it's been "I think" since October 2012 since I had joined up with their program.I do have my paperwork on dates and the money back garuantee. I've been trying all these months to get my money back. I will file suit for fraudulent practices if need be. Thankyou for your help.

  • Lora, Thank you for posting about Virtual Medias. I am sure you saved me my time and, of course, some $$$.

They called me this afternoon. Caller ID said it was from "DIR ASST, NY 212-555-1212." The person who called said his name was Johnny Kay and his telephone No. was 888-544-3012. He said that I was picked from over 100 people and had a chance to join "Amazon Associates" for a one-time processing fee of $249. When I said I couldn't afford it, he lowered the fee to a "hardship fee" of only $149 provided that I do something with them today. If I didn't do it today, the fee would go to $199. I've always figured that if the deal is so good they can wait while I check them out. When I wouldn't do anything with them, they said they would remove my name, etc. from their database and I would never be eligible again and would be missing out on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I told them to go ahead and delete my contact information from their records.

    So thanks again, Lora.
