Unethical solicitation methods. They access a person's address book and send a solicitation which looks like a recommendation from one'sfriend when one's friend had no knowledge of this. Also, the product used diligently in accordance with a good diet and exercise did not result in the loss of even one pound . I want my money refunded but cannot locate an address or a way to send back unused product for a refund .
