I ordred a chocolate birthday cake to be delivered to my son in Versailles, France. The order was placed on February 15, 2013, and they told me it would be delivered on February 18th, 2013. It was never delivered. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and sent Giftsnideas a complaint via email and via facebook private message, and have told them to issue me a refund, as they did not deliver.
