Hi, i got a call from Oak Leaf Investment group to lower my credit card interest rates and they deducted my money from card and never provided the services. All these days i did not know where to complaint, i called the bank they said they were helpless. $698 were charged on my credit card and i have been paying interest for that amount till today (Feb/19/2013) and still paying interests for the amount. Please help me to get my money back. I tried calling(904-5404722) the company, they asked me to provide the address where the check will be posted as they did not provide the services. I called several times after that they never answered my call and hangs up on me and never sent the check. I really appreciate if you could help me. Merchant description as shown in the credit card transaction"MANAGEMENT, CONSULTING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICE" and the transaction name on credit card is "OAKLEAF INVESTMENT GRO 904-5404722 FL - 012043019110006"

- I have been charged $698 and with an interest rate of 14.24% for 10 months which is of 1691.95. The total amount is $2389.95. Please help me to get total refund.
