It said 12.99 a month but charged my debit card $86. Never said it was going to do that and there is no phone number on our time.com to call. How do I get it reversed??

- Hello, I have an idea why the higher sum may have been charged by them. You seem to have wanted to be charged for 1 single month at 12,99 but when you try to upgrade they ask you before confirming if you would like to upgrade for 6 months instead. if you confirm this and go on in the buying process then you will be charged for 6 months instead of 1. although you could have clicked "no thanks" you may have not seen this step in between. i assume there may be no way to get your money back. sorry for you. regards. carina
