I applied for grant material to be sent to me for $2.97. I do not remember seeing an agreement for membership or checking off an agreement for membership. I was informed that this membership is non-refundable for $57.93. I informed them that they are not even located in America and in America EVERYTHING is refundable. If they will not refund my money my credit card company will refund it for them. I received no kit for submitting a grant, so I was charged $2.97 and $57.93 for nothing. I do not feel guilty taking my money back. They assisted with nothing.
