It started on 6/7/2011 and is still going on ,they wont respond to my e-mails .I asked for a 500,000 dollar grant and then they came up with a 6 million dollar grant and then they said I needed to be a 5013c to get the grant money from private business so they could get their tax break. So now I'm out 55,000 and no grant money ,I do not have 55,000 to lose and not be able to replace it .It has put me in a bind .The bad part is the state and fedeal gov think I have a 501 3c foundation and with out the grant money I do not have a 501 3c .And Im worried about what is going to happen with this .
