This is a scam. Ordered a $9.95 Italian language CD in September 2012. They mailed a package of CD's with an invoice for $256.00. I immediately called customer service and was told to return the CD's within 30 days, which I did. They continued to try to bill my charge account, which was by then closed. Now they are billing me for $256.00 claiming the CD's were not returned. Researched them on line. Several reports of the same issues. This company is a scam. Needs to be shut down!
