Since August 2012 my accounts U4575688 & U2406781 on libertyreserve.com have been criminally blocked by Liberty Reserve. All efforts to regain access to my accounts and the funds within them have proved abortive. Same August 2012 Libertyreserve announced via their blog at blog.libertyreserve.com that, I quote "There is a group of blocked accounts which were erroneously blocked by an automated script that was tested in the beginning of August and apparently has failed to perform properly. Script was designed to automatically secure in account in the event of multiple suspicious login attempts. During this maintenance we have identified the problem, addressed it and it is now being solved."

Same August 2012 LibertyReserve again blogged that "We have finished restoring account access statuses for many accounts that were erroneously secured before. Now, you should have full access to your accounts and funds within them. Please note that more accounts are being restored weekly until eventually all effected accounts are set back to the same status as before."

Till now February 17th 2013 I'm still denied access to my accounts. Even though I use the correct login details. I've attempted changing password since last year, but I perpetually receive the error message: "The requested operation is not available at the moment. Please contact support for assistance. Thank you for your patience."
I contacted support countless times. Once they responded saying they have checked my account, that my account is in order, that there is no issue that I should go ahead & login. I again tried logging in, it never went through. I tried changing password, I kept receiving same error message that, the requested operation is not available at the moment...
Till date I can't access my funds & Support Group is not responding to the submitted tickets. It is good to note that a host of other people are experiencing same problem with Liberty Reserve since August 2012 till date, February 17, 2013.

Kindly assist in resolving this fraudulent hijack of accounts by LibertyReserve. Thank you.
