My mother has lond distance service on her phone service unlimented long distance service ,,the phone company keeps telling my mother shes exccessive usage ,, Shes paying for and being told by the AT@t phone company ,she,s eccessive ,,This harrassement needs to stop,2#I,m dialing a 256 area code why do I have to dial 1(256) if the area code is 256..3# Theirs # on the phone bills that are not my Mothers or Mine her Son..She has unlimeted long distance on her service ,,This is botherson and harrassing to a woman over 75yrs old Woman March- bills.. Our Phone # is(Personal Information Removed) and they have threatened to shut her phone off.. My Mother had one bill in March for 595.00 now in Febuary her bill is 650.00 she,s on the the phone now getting the run around ..
