Same thing happend to me they took 79 pound today wen they told me if they find me a loan they would take £9.99 on the 30th of this month but instead they passed me to a company who refused my loan and sge took £79 out of my account what can i do?

- report them to financial ombudsman, SGE seem to be scared and now are acting after 4 months
