WELL DID EVERYTHING WITH ROY NEWLAND SUPPOSEABLY A EBAY REP WHEN I PAID FOR THE TRANSACTION I GOT A CONFIRMATION THAT THE PURCHASE WAS COMPLETE AND THE 2007 SUSUKI GSXR 1000 WOULD BE DELIEVERED ON FEBUARY 15 ,2013 BY 7:00 PM. WHEN TIME HAD PASSED I EMAILED SELLER TO NO AVAIL CONTACTED EBAY AND FOUND IT TO BE A SCAM

- I have been researching bc this happened to me to. If you google search the email address used [email protected] it is linked to a guy's facebook account named Eric Giovanni in New York, I have reported this information to the attorney general in my state, the state police, and local police. Also, filed a fraud complaint with western union. It has taken all I have not to send that guy an email through facebook, but since that email address still works I don't want to tip him off and him shut it down. I suggest you contact western union if that is how you transferred the funds, see when the funds were picked up and file a fraud case. Contact your attorney general, state police, and local police. Hopefully, if more than one of us are red flagging they will get this idiot.
