Ordered the complete dvd set of the Rifleman tv series mid
December as a gift for my grandson. Waited 4 weeks then contacted customer service, now multiple times in the 2 months since ordered. First email response explained shipping and said be patient, each since then says sorry working on it, until last email saying had re-shipped and would arrive in 3-5 days USPS and would have to sign for them and that the additional cost to re-ship was waived. That is good because it is now 10 days since and no DVD's.
