I foolishly ordered this product only to find out that my friend's email had been hacked into and he neveer sent me the info. In their confirmation of my order on 2/9 they included an email address, along with a telephone number that is outside the country. I immediately notified them that I was canceling the order by email and told them that I thought it was fraud and I was going to tell my credit card company of such. Then I called my credit card company advising them of what had occurred. I received an email from Energiz that they would cancel my order, refund my card and not to call my credit card company about fraud. I am still waiting as the charge is still pending and has not be reversed.
