The inusajobs.com domain is owned by Fernando Zelmer, an online scamster who sends bulk emails with bogus job descriptions to job-seekers in the United States. Each email contains a link with a bogus email address ending in the domain inusajobs.com. There is no actual website associated with the domain.
The emails appear to originate from various IP's in various countries. Zelmer doesn't use his own email address - [email protected] - but conceals his identity by illegally using the email addresses of recipients to forge headers. This makes it difficult to block the emails and separate them from legitimate emails. Thus, his intention is not only to commit Internet fraud, but also to hinder the job search efforts of his victims.
In the past, Zelmer has used the domain names bestjobmark.com, usajobmark.com and freeusajob.com among others. He is currently registered with Regtime Ltd., a Russian company, but he changes registrar and domain names whenever he is reported and the active domain is closed.

- I want Fernando Zelmer, the owner of inusajobs.com, to be arrested for the Internet crimes he has committed against U.S. citizens, and to reimburse his victims for our lost time conducting valid job searches and our lost wages due to his hindering our efforts to find legitimate employment.
