International boundaries

Charter Communications recently thieved several TV channels from their customer's basic TV channel lineup while continuing to extort the same or larger monthly shake down. Customers now receive fewer channels, otherwise Charter requires them to get a hold of Charter's digital cable boxes – with an additional fee per box – for every room with a TV in order to simply receive the same channels they were getting before. Charter even tried to rationalize this devious demotion as an "upgrade". Look up the word "integrity" and it’s unlikely you will find Charter listed there, except possibly as an antonym.
