My father was in a car accident on 10/13/12 the 16 old girl did a U trun on I90 and did not see my dad. My father's 2007 Doge Ram pick up truck was totaled. On 11/30/12 My father settled with GMAC on the Vehicl damage I was told that the papper work my father need to fill out was sent to me on December 1st did not recive the in information call GMAC to let them no that I did not recive the papper work, was told that they would put it back out in the mail and one's my father filled out the papper work they would put the check in the mail. NOW IT IS 2/15/13 and my father has yet to recive the payout on his Vehicl from GMAC we have call and spoke with GMAC on numerus, occasion's just to get the runaround have gone as fare as calling the Manager and leving him message's and getting no respones from him,2/15/13 I Called the Washington Insurance Commissioner and they are sending me papper work to fill out
