Was charged $49.95 from TERNECKHELP.COM 800 505 3795 which is taken to a generic website for a helpline service. I was also charged a $1.00 INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE TRANSACTION FEE. Never received anything and have no idea what this comany/charge is for. Taking to my bank for fraud. There were over 170+ other accounts of this TERNECKHELP.COM fraud complaints. SHUT THEM DOWN!!!
