Cater Allen Private Bank

I was sent a ladies ID and SS card telling me she was dieing and sent me a certificate for $4,800,000.00. She tole ne she wanted me to donate the money to the hungry children and help the needy. I was contacted by a hospital in London telling me Maria has died. I was then contacted by Cater Allen Bank and was told that I was to send them the certificate to prove I was the one to receive the money. I sent them also my ID. They told me that I would need to open an account with the bank and them they would deposit the money into my account and then I could transfer it to my bank in the US. I told them I did not have $500 to open an account. I received an email today telling that they opened the account for me anyway and now I could transfer the money to where ever I wanted to. They gave me an access code and a password to get into the online account. The website is catalbn.com/private. Well it goes to nothing so I went to the Cater Allen bank websire and tried to log in there with the info they gave me. It will not let me log on. The gentlemans name is Mark Green Operations manager for Cater Allen Bank. I wrote him back and explained that I still could not log on to my account. I am waiting for an answer. How can they do things like this?
