They called me and told me it was from an online loan that I had gotten in 09 and 10 said that I had signed the agreement. When I asked if they had the information as to what bank account it went into they stated it could have been a prepaid card that came in the mail. They stated I had intial that they could file criminal charges against me. They had my SSN and stated that even if I didn't make the loans someone with my ssn had and I was accountable for this. Stated they were getting a warrant for my arrest. My sister paid the bill as I was on my way to bankruptcy court and they stated this could not be in the case that I had filed. I'm medically disabled and KNOW in my heart this was not me. I explained to my attorney when arriving at and said it must be a scam. My sister called her card company and asked for it to be taken back and reverse charges to be made. No one will answer the phone. Now, me being medically disabled and on limited income it is going to be hard for me to pay this back to my sister and I need to make sure she gets this back as she is 65 and living on SS herself. Please help us get this back.
