I am Wayne M. Henne III, owner Kingdom Construction, I poured a concrete floor @ (Personal Information Removed). on 10/25/12 for Luke Hoffman DBA J&L Remodeling. Many fone calls and tex messages resulted in basically nothing with every attempt. I proceeded with civil action with MDJ 03-3-01 Honorable Robert A Hawke which was, to put very mildly, a massive, dissapointnig, disgusting disaster. I paid for papers to be served and on my court date found out they were not, and when the constable finally made contact with an individual at the "Luke Hoffman Residence" the indivdual stated he been living ther for more than a week meaning apparently Mr.Hoffman no longer resides there . This is a major mess, noy only myself, but my friend George Young has been victimized telephone # 610-587-0885 and even more so an elderly couple Mr.and Mrs. Ken Snyder the homeowners were this all took place on (Personal Information Removed) in Danielsville Ken Snyder telephone# is(Personal Information Removed), both would love to here from you.
