I ordered a pair of Toms from this site for $37.55 but was charged $39.56. I placed the order on 12-25-12, but they did not arrive until 2-1-13. The shoes fit ok, but I'm certain they are fakes. There is no way to tell from the website that they operate out of China, so I was surprised when shipping took so long, the box was crushed and it was delivered by registered mail so I had to sign for them - weird. Also because it was an overseas transaction I was charged an additional fee on my credit card for a foreign transaction. I kept the shoes, and since I was only overcharged by $2, I did not try to pursue it further, seeing it as a lost cause, however I will never use this site again. On my statement the company name was listed as CMAEM with no contact information, after googling and finding a ton of similar complaints under this name, I will be canceling my CC card.
