Be aware. Owner of K Brothers Bill recommend me to another auto shop when he knew same guy (Inappropriate Content Removed) his car with his transmission. The guy who recommend was Import Auto Service and Supply Owner AKA Mickey and Tech Khan. Scam artists and Liers. Bill does not have any knowledge about cars. He fixed my rear two axels last year July now they are making noise. I am suppose to give him another chance but how can you trust this Bill guy. When he knew Mickey (Inappropriate Content Removed)his car. He knowly sent me over there to do valve job for $1800 and transmission job for $1500. If you are a honest business person and value your customer you do not do that. Now to replace my rear axels cost me $780. Bill charged me $600. He sold me a battery did not last a month went dead. I wonder whether he is a certified (ASE) to do repairs. Seems like a bicycle mechanic not a auto mechanic. When I took my wifes car he called me home and coated $975 to fix it when I got the car back it was $2K. When I asked him he said he took more time to fix the water pump. That is not my problem when you coat a price on the phone you need to stick with it. He has broken many BAR laws and rules which I know and he should know that too. Now I have to refix the car again. His shop is registered at the BAR but he does not have ASE certified. His son could be? but Not him, his brother and other techs he has no ASE certification.. He know he (Inappropriate Content Removed)me royal he should at least say sorry, no he said go and take the Mickey guy to court. Bill what did I do to you? I paid you in $. I never bargained your prices. That Mickey is a underworld. If he is a under world guy K Brothers owner too. If you run a good business you do not associate with under world people. He knew that (Inappropriate Content Removed) scum bag Mickey screwed him (Bill) and knowly he sent me there. Bill had his brothers C230 beige color Benz. which Mickey fixed the transmission twice and it did not work. Car did not move at all. I go got to know it was sitting in his shop for years and years. Bill sold the car to guy for $1000. thats what Bill told me. Sold last year December. I am the one who took the pictures and Text it to the new buyer. Bill I have the pics and phone number of the guy. You cannot lie. After Mickey fixing the car I had a Idle problem so Mickey's Tech asked him and me to replace the Idle control unit and which Bill replaced it and when I test drove the car still I had the problem and he told drive it and it should go. Bull (Inappropriate Content Removed). What a Auto shop? Than one time Bill and the Mickey guy said it is becuase of my AC. when the AC kicks and idle goes up and when the AC kicks off idle goes down. That was bull (Inappropriate Content Removed)too. Even Bill tried to explain it to me. When I was saying it cannot. becuase another explaination from was I did not have this problem before the valve job. See what kind of knowledege Bill the owner of K Brothers have? When I took a very high end auto shop they said it was my fuel regulator and fuel filter which i got it replaced and the problem stopped. Shame on you Bill. You have very limited knowledge about cars. Becuase of you it cost me lot of money to re fix my car. You have very poor knowledge and expereince. Even your own Son Kenny says that. My father does not know jack (Inappropriate Content Removed). If will replace the whole car to solve one problem. This coming out of your own Sons mouth Mr. Bill. Nothing made up. You know how you two were fighting in the shop? Like cats and Dogs. His Son has knowledge and good customer service but not Bill. I do not wish you much good at all. You ripped me off with cheap parts and workmanship and recommending me to a Scam artist. who is a Scum bag. How you kept my car for 1.5 moths to tell me that I need a valve job. What the (Inappropriate Content Removed)is that? Count the number of hours your shop muct have been open. You ran 1000 of smog checks which I wonder why? If you took my business and money but never valued me as a customer. if you did so, you would not have sent me to the Scum bag owner Mickey of Import Auto Service and Supply. I wonder how you sleep. I wonder how much kick back you got from him? If my friend ripped me off. I will never recommend him to my customers nor to my family. Even I asked you to give me a letter to help me to recover the money you refused my request. I know your Scum bag friend came to your shop and showed the demand letter which I sent him. Dude Bill your Scum bag friend sent my transmission to Luis transmission and your very good friend Mickey had not paid him either. Mickey owes many as four transmission jobs. Could be including your transmission job too. Mr Bill when you recommend a person next time do not recommend scum bags. I refuse to bring my car to get things fixed becuase of your poor workmanship and s***ty parts you replaced. H**L Karma
