I brought my coins in to be counted and they shortchanged me by $75.00. I deposited the money on 9/28/12 and it posted as $355.85 when it should have amounted to $433.53. I counted the coins various times on my own coin counter before bringing the change to the bank. I spoke to the branch manager and manager, who both told me that they could not return the difference due no "overage" in their vault.
