Wakanetwork emailed me a message about a $100.00 giftcard I had won plus valuable coupons.
it was nessessary to pay them $2.99 for handling fees.
The handling fee was taken from my debit banking account and I recieved no gift card or coupons.
Shortly thereafter on dec.6,2012 $59.99 was taken from the same account without my OK.
I immediately call their customer assistance line and explained that I did not want their service that the $59.99 was supposed to buy, I was not informed that this service was the purpose of the Gift card offer and I did not want their service. I asked that my $59.99 be refunded.
I was assured by their agent that a refund was on the way. This was on Dec. 10, 2012.
As of Jan 25,2013 I have called wakanetwork a total of 9 times including twice on the 25th.
each time I was told that the money was being refunded. Each time it has failed to happen.
It is clear to me that these people have no intentions of refunding my money.
