My husband and I contacted CIG Realty bout purchasing a home.In July 2012 we went and looked at a house and then called them and told them we wanted it.They said they needed half of the down payment in order to start making offers,so I wired them $3400,and they began the process of purchasing the house.They called us in November and told us that the sellar had finally accepted our offer and that they needed the other half of the down payment to begin the final paperwork,so the next day I wired them $4000 for a total of $7400 all together,I then called them and told them that I had sent the wire.They then informed me that the house would be ready to move into in 45 days.The 1st of Janaury came around and I called then to inform them that the house we had been renting had been sold and we had till March 1st to move out and told them they needed to speed up the paperwork,well then the 1st of February came and I called the real estate agent that had the listing on the house and she informed me that the sellar had switched real estate companies and that she no longer had it.I got up the next day and called the new agent and he informs me that he had sold the house to someone else,and since our names were not on a contract he can,so I immediately call CIG Realty and asked for a refund.As of right now I am still waiting and that leaves us sittin here in the middle of winter with 3 kids,2 under the age of 2,with 2 weeks left before we have to move and we are having to find a place and move in it before March 1st.Everytime I have had to call them for anything I have always had to speak to Juliana or Anthony Podias,and I have been calling them everyday this week and they always tell me Anthony isn't there but they will have him call me, which he never does, and Juliana says I have to talk to him,and most mornings I can't even get anyone to answer before 11am.
