I received a letter stating on 12/25/2012 there was a drawing and I won 150,000.00 also enclosed was a check in the amount of 3990.00 to cover Govm't taxes in the amount of 1995.00 because it couldn't be deducted from winning. The also gave me a name of a person to contact "Lloyd Lewis" claim agent 289-892-3517. This came in an envelope with "Home Depot" in the lefthand corner. Check was from a company called " Prestige Health Choice" out of Doral, FL * from Commerce Bank in Coral Gables, FL however when I looked up address it was called " TD Bank"
