Viewing on T.V. through Money Mutual (Montel Williams) I was in dire straights financially and called them. They set you up with lenders. I was assisted through United Cash Loans, which have been great to work with. On 2/5/13 I began recieving harrassing phone calls from a man and 1 time from a lady (not from United Cash Loans), they did not speak english very well stating that I would be in danger if I hang up I insisted that they stop calling me because I couldn't understand them and didn't care what they wanted, thinking it was a telemarketer. This phone number has called me atleast 15 times. Finally today on 2/12/13 at about 8:30 am the man called me again, I said why do you keep calling me, stop calling me! The man said you owe me money, I am from the fraud department!(no business name) not telling me anything but his name (which I could not understand) and he is with the fraud department. I said I do not owe you any money. He said I have all of your information as he began telling me my name, address, bank acct information, ss#, birthday and employer.I told him again that I don't owe you any money! He stated "yes you do you took out a loan for $350.00"(which is not the amount that I borrowed from United Cash Loans). I disagreed again, he said again that he has all of my personal information and that I will go to jail if I don't pay it, that he will have me arrested for fraud by 2/13/13. I said so if I took out a loan with you #1 why wasn't the $350.00 deposited into my bank acct? and if I took out this loan with you what do you expect to be paid back? he said $350.16, I said again, I did not take out a loan with who ever you are(which he never did give me a business name)and to stop calling me. We began coversating loudly as he threatened me more with fraud and jail. I told him if he didn't stop calling I would contact my attorney and the police to file harrassment charges. He still kept trying to talk over me, I hung up on him, he called me right back. I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor, he said he is the manager and that he would have me arrested for fraud, I said then you do what you got to do! Now put me with your manager right now and he hung up on me. I tried to call the phone number back, but the whole phone number did not come through, it showed up as 660-851-132. After I calmed down I scrolled through my phone and found the entire number 660-851-1321 which had shown up when he first started calling me. I called the number, he answered and I told him who I was and that I had contacted the local police department and made a report for this scam,I have also contacted other resources to stop these people he said now who is calling who? who is harrassing who?? I will see you in court (he said). Since this person/people have all of my personal information I had to close my bank acct today, request information for fraud through the equifax, contact the social security administration and file a police report.The moral of my story is, is that when I spoke with Money Mutual and they set me up with a lender they searched through a few lenders and when I decided to accept United Cash Loans, and not these scammers with this 660-851-1321 phone number, they are trying to scam me out of $350.16. I have been on the internet all day trying to find out who these people are and this is what I came up with 660-851-1321, Sedalia Missouri near Kansas City Missouri, phone type( VoIP, internet phone), carrier Bandwith.com CLec (onc:993E), zipcode 65301, Pettis County - Still no business name.
