I orderded a compete dvd collection of Hill Street Blues in December and was told I would receive the set in 2 to 4 weeks as of today I have not received my order. On 1/4/13 I was told the order was shipped direct via international air mail, and would be delivered USPS, which did not offer a tracking number however is fully insured. On 1/23/13, I was informed by Kevin Williams customer support manager, my order #12954 was held up by customs but would arive within 3 to 5 days. On 2/6/13, I went on Tiger site for help about my order and found my order was tracking. Today I went on DVD Tiger.com and cannot get on site...

The Canadian police is now aware of the situation. They are sending an urgent message. This also includes DVD Tiger and DVD Moose.

Fraud...Recognize it...Report it...Stop it I did and they were stopped they'll also give you advice on how to get a refund from your credt card company. Please have your credit card cancelled and have your credit card company fraud dept look into this time is of the essence. Xeo-Vent has been terminated at the Bank in Canada and is under police investigation. -
