On Feb 9. 2013 £45 was taken from my account without authorisation. I paid £1 because i had won a phone which i never had. There was nothing about any other payment. Nothing about a contract or anything. I have now cancelled it with my bank. So you can no longer take any out, but i would like it if you could give me back the £45 you took unlawfully. Mrs S.
