I order a cake and flowers to be deliver between 12.00 to 1 PM Indian time. But these people never deliver that cake on time. Even my repeated request to tell me the exact time, they told me that they cannot tell the exact time, but delivery boy is on the way. This reply I received from them for more than 2-3 hours. But no other reply from this company. I really never recommend this company online delivery of gifts. Really very shameless people. Never understand the emotion of a person. If they cannot delivery the item on time, they why the accepting the order..? Really very very bad company. Folks never order online from floristsinindia.com

    As you had mentioned that you ordered a cake and flowers that is to be delivered between 12 to 1 PM, we had clearly mentioned you over the call that we always try our best to deliver according to your instructions and we never commit the timings of the delivery. We had already apologized over the phone to you regarding the same and more over we never charged you any extra amount for the fixed time delivery. What you paid for is what we delivered. As due to high volume of orders some times the delivery gets delayed. You can go through our Terms and conditions its clearly mentioned as third point that "We guarantee on date delivery but do not commit any fix time for delivery. Deliveries will be made between 7 am to 8 pm IST on the given date. However, we do try our best to fulfill your delivery instructions". So we did the best what we can do and we do deliver what you ordered. So, according to our company policies we cant refund any amount. Yes, if the order is not delivered on the date which you mentioned then you can ask for refund and we will surely forward the concern to our authorities.
