Ordered on line November 19, 2012, order cancelled November 26, 2013 when customer reviews published in various web sites. Revealed voluminous, damaging reports of their poor business conduct, over 90 in ripe-off.com alone. Notified Merchant by phone and email as directed on receipt: [email protected]. Merchant responded immediately and informed me, "it’s not going to be as easy as you (I) think to cancel".
In house credit was set up with the seller and the seller has refused to void that charge.
They are now making collection calls and sending collection letters for the full amount, even though the ordered was cancelled, no merchandise delivered and no value was received.
