i purchased this scooter in november of 2012, it was used, it was working then also i purchased 2 brand new batteries which cost me 200.00 dollars i also paid 350.00 for the used scooter. i purchased the used scooter from mr. brown. i purchased the new batteries from ed. his son , the tires on my scooter got flat. in january i paid 40.00 for used tires. and after that my scooter broke down.when i called mr. brown said he was,not responsibly, i cannot afford a new scooter, im on disability i would like him to fix the scooter no charge or give me my money back.dollard amount .
