When you receive an email stating The ACH process (ID: **************), recently issued from your bank account (by you), was rejected by the Electronic Payments Association - IT IS A PHISHING SCAM. At the bottom of the email is a clickable link that states it is a .doc (Word Doc). If you hover your mouse, you will see it is a link. Don't fall for it.
