I have been a customer of Mobilicity for 18 months , and was very happy with service. Mobilicity started promoting their new 4G network. On my plan I have unlimited data, and for 18 months it was just like that UN Ltd. Then they started turning down everyone's signal to a much lower speed. So low that I cannot even get online anymore. Then they started saying that I could buy an addishonal 20GB for $20. But why should I have to do this when I already have unlimited data. I asked all the questions before signing up with them. They quoted " 24/7 of our fastest internet.
They sold me a $700.00 phone and good service for 18 months. Now I do not get internet at all after complaining a few times.

  • You should also file a report with scambook and ripoff report. They're good websites for complaining about businesses that have ripped you off.
