About a month ago I met this guy who calls himself Richard Green on Craigslist and he told me his company (Cellular Plus Virginia) sells new iPhone 4s 64 GB for $250 because they don't carry them anymore. And I thought it was real and I told him I want to buy one from them and he gave me the address of the company ''4554 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462'' then I told him they are located far from where I live (Alexandria, VA) and he said they offer FEDEX overnight shipping and if I pay for it today it would get there the next day. Then he gave me 2 ways to make the payment 1. CVS 2. Seven eleven and I chose seven eleven and I sent him $260 via Money Pak then he said it would get to me the next morning and I waited but still didn't get to me and he kept on making excuse. Finally he shut me out and it's almost a month now and I still didn't get the phone I paid for. I have all the email conversation the Moneypak number and I also traced his IP address (209.85.220.196)
and got his address "1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043". He is a person who goes around tricking people and stealing their money and I don’t think Richard Green is his real name. Please help me get my money back. I'm just 17 years old $260 means a lot to me. The date I filled in above isn't right I was not able to change the date to January 17, 2013 (the actual date).
