I received a call from Karen Jones (202)470-1385 who informed me that I had been granted a US federal Grant. She informed me that I would have to make a small donation to a US charity in the amount of $205.00 to show good will of the funds the government was sending me. I transferred the monies and she then gave me the number to call Mr. David Johnson who was apart of the Federal Bank of New York. I spoke with Mr. Johnson (646)651-4673 who asked me to transfer the amount of $499.00 to another charity in another country and the funds will be reimbursted in my grant funds. I transferred the monies but was told they were unable to send the funds to my debit card. I was then called by a gentleman named Max Luis who claimed he was from the financial department of the US government grants department in Washington DC (202)609-7749. Mr. Luis explained that because of the large amount of money that was being transferred the bank will not allow him to make the transfer and I would be receiving the funds through western union. He asked that I send an additional $799.00 as apart of the western union fee to collect my funds. I told Mr. Luis that I do not have the funds. He then told me that there's nothing he can do about it and I'm going to lose the funds if I can't make the transfer. Please assist in this dilemma.
