Was charged $29.68 on my credit card for jacshelp.com. Can't get an email answer, today the email address was not good. Called the number on their website and just went ahead and pressed 0 to talk to an operator. A person answered the phone, no offense anyone, but of course I could not understand her. When I asked to speak to someone else she said I had to hang up and call again. So I did. Guess who answered the phone, she did. I have no idea what this is for, she couldn't tell me and I have not given out my credit card company to anyone or used it in months. This is some sort of scam and greatly concerns me. I called my credit card company to file a dispute. Some sort of legal action needs to be taken against these people.
