we got a call from the bank that our account was overdrawn, that same day we got the bank statement and saw the charge from jacshelp.com. I called and they said it was for billing description, whatever that meant, and it was a one time fee. I tried to talk to customer service, but he didn't speak clear english and he couldn't tell me what the charge was exactly for.
