It's not as much as some other people have lost, but they charged me 99.00 for signing up, and then (unlike their examples of customer service they offered through orientation) the woman I talked to sounded exhausted and well rehearsed on her speech of why I shouldn't get a refund. Finally she sent me a link to request a refund, which requires waiting 24 hours. So...

- I bet she is exhausted and well rehearsed! I emailed and emailed round and round their system, and finally got a person to refund. I think their website was broken in June...and they try to explain that it works now. Don't give up, just keep replying to the support messages and tickets and eventually... you get your refund.
