There was a former Direct TV customer - Michael Day - Telephone # (Personal Information Removed). He used David Lee Taylor bank card - unauthorized - last four numbers "(Personal Information Removed)". Mr. Taylor had known Mr. Day and had tried to help him in the past but was unaware his account was on Direct TV records. When Mr. Day moved he evidently owed money to Direct TV. Direct TV looked on the account and saw Mr. David Lee Taylor's unauthorized card which had been used and charged some $886.32 against his account which should not have been taken. David Taylor has no account with Direct TV and never had. He did not authorize the use of his card. This $886.31 was taken out of his bank account and needs to be refunded. Lola Lewis - (Personal Information Removed) is his attorney and David Taylor telephone # is (Personal Information Removed). Mr. Taylor is a student and this needs this money to pay his bills.
Again, he never authorized the use of his account and has processed everything he knows to do to get this money refunded.
