PLEASE READ THIS!!!

I have been ripped off by this guy and ALL IN ONE AUCTIONS, INC. under the EXACT SAME CIRCUMSTANCES that MANY OF YOU have and am going after him. He called himself Mike Green with me. I'm sure he's Robert Berg now.

I am pursuing him both criminally and civilly. I have an active case going NOW with the Broward County, Florida, Economic Crimes Division with the lead Detective in the case, Chad Strachan. Chad is great and wants to take this guy and this scam organization down.

Chad's direct line is (954) 435-2200, Ext 270. The Case # I have opened is 161301001846. Chad believes he lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina now. I am in Washington state.

This scum bag's world is just about to come crashing down around him. Hard and ugly. And NO ONE feels sorry for him.

You reap what you sew.

  • Hi John - Thank you for getting in touch. I have received word a couple of times from Mike, he proposes to send me stock to the value of the fees that I have incurred (by refunds issued) by Paypal and Ebay. I am still yet to hear the inventory list he proposes. Sometimes I believe him, sometimes I remember his history in dealing not only with the peoples' orders but also the way he dealt with myself and other sellers. So, I am taking the information you have kindly supplied in the hope that other affected individuals in the future will not have the same experiences we have had. The prominant point is to try to stop him from doing this to others. I figured there would be cases after me, and you are, unfortunately, proof of this theory. You are likely not the only nor last one. I am just very, very sorry that your bill is as high as it is.

    You just wonder how some folk can sleep at night.

    The customers he has let down, by shipping either wrong stock out, wrong colours, wrong sizes, and in one case two shoes of the same foot were predominantly American. He has managed to rip off a lot of fellow Americans. Something to be very proud of.

    So, thank you John.

    Can we stay in touch with one another - and also with other similarly affected folk.

    I hope that others who have suffered similar circumstances find Scambook and/or do their homework on Robert/Mike and similar people (apparently there are others who are scamming under very similar circumstances. Might even be the same person, nothing would surprise me if this is the case).

    PLEASE PLEASE call Detective Chad Strachan with the Broward County, Florida, Economic Crimes Division at (954) 435-2200, Ext 270. Again, the Case # I have opened is 161301001846. Let him know that you were referred by me, John in Washington state.

    Provide Chad just as much information and documentation as you can, including how you paid Robert/Mike and how much he stole from you. Chad believes he lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina now.

    If you know of anyone else who has been the victim of Robert/Mike's criminal scams, please direct them to this Complaint Post and to Detective Strachan immediately.

  • Hi John - I have already sent word to Broward - I am following up with a phone call, tomorrow (Monday). I have also taken the liberty of trying to leave word on as many other people's entries (who haven't mentioned Det Strachan) and asked them to either contact him, or to direct them to this entry.

    I have noticed quite a few people have mentioned Det Strachan which can only mean the case is getting strengthened.

    I am on the look out for any others. No doubt there will be others after us, I just hope they do some groundwork, find Scambook and, if they too have been victims, use this site to help either vent their worries and experiences. And, of course, also, to add further voice to those who are posting.

    Thanks for putting your experience on this website. You have been able to give some idea which direction to take which shows that the cases against Robert Berg and Mike Greene will not fall asleep but are capable of being updated and worked on.

  • Hi John
    No I haven't received anything - I kept telling him that he had a contract with me (after much to-ing and fro-ing about who was in a contract and who wasn't - I have studied Law, but still yet to get my LLB) as my dropshipper (he told me that he was my dropshippe) and as such, since he received not only the orders but also the money from customers, that we had a contract to supply, and correctly supply. This he managed not to do in a variety of ways. So being in breach of the contract, I told him to either get the right stuff out or refund. He directed me to some terms whereby the policy is not to refund - I reminded him that he was responsible for ensuring the job got done and done correctly. I was met with evasion.

    So, no I haven't had anything back from him. He did offer some inventory to the value of the refunds that were unilaterally made following claims from dissatisfied customers, but still yet to hear anything more on the matter. Following what I have seen from other peoples' experiences, including inventory offers, I am not holding my breath.

  • Yeah, he lamely offered the same thing to me. The only settlement I will accept now is repayment of the money he stole from me and my family, which is specifically documented by two major financial institutions.

    You paid him through Chase QuickPay online, right? I know that Detective Strachan indicated that he would subpoena transaction records for me through Chase.

    Please have others who've had money and reputations stolen from this guy to be in touch with me directly, as we're closing in as a unified front on him now.

    People get angry when you steal their money.

  • This guy ripped me off for thousands of dollars last year. I got in touch with some of his other victims through this site and a case opened against him. As far as I know nothing happened with that. You need to post on all the other complaints so the other people can know what's going on.

  • Scambook does not allow people to contact each other. So if you put up an email or any identifying information. They will remove it. You have to be quick. What is the likely hood of the detective catching this guy. I know the real name of one of his accomplices, which I was able to find through research while dealing with this people. Let me know if it will help and I will contact the detective.

  • John yes he now is in Myrtle Beach Sc and has opened up an All-Star cheerleading gym. The name of the gym is coastal fusion. I sure hope he doesn't do the same thing there at the cheer gym. He is collecting 250.00 a month from all the people that is registered there. Good Luck!!!!!

  • Robert Berg has scammed another. He stole almost 2000 worth of custom cheer merchandise from me. He told me he would make 2 payments when I said I do not do terms I am too small of a company. He conned me and said him and his wife Jill are people of their word and they would never hurt a small business and how hard it is too find such a great vendor as myself. He gave me a credit card to run on 2 days well wouldn't you know the credit card was frauded and confiscated so he said , and he still has yet to get a new one and then he said he paid through paypal and is waiting to get verified and paypal said he never paid that I need to file criminal charges ASAP. I contacted the FBI since this is consumer fraud and federal since it crossed state lines. He sold the merchandise to his gym parents and kept the money. Which means he sold stolen merchandise. I am now making this my FULL TIME JOB to make sure this man is behind bars!!! He messed with the wrong girl this time. I wonder if the parents at the gym would be happy to know that their children are at a gym run by criminals

  • Hi Esther, I am so desperately sorry to read about your experience. I have actually visited the Cheerleading website, and I echo the same concerns as being expressed on here - concerns about an organisation being assisted by someone who fails to keep to established contracts (the times I reminded Mike Greene about this when, when things started going wrong, that he was just merely a supplier of Toms Shoes - eventually I had to start relying on the general principles of supplying and the contract that is established on these principles, and folk who had ordered have the absolute legal right to receive the correct goods, in correct sizes, in the correct colours - wow the times I had to remind him about these principles!). It was all to no avail - half the stock wasn't sent out, a good percentage of the goods he did send out, wrong stuff was sent or even fakes. All the time, no matter how much I tried, all the monies that I had sent over to him, he kept hold of. Talk about many breaches of contract, it wasn't in it!

    Just watch out for where he might try to offer alternative goods or anything - my personal experience, and noting the experiences of others, all point to that he fails to follow through.

    I have sent word to Det Strachan, but I am now going to start getting in touch with Det Demarest. This experience that you have suffered is the straw that is breaking my camel's back.

    Why on earth should folk like him think and believe that they can continue to get away with things?

    Hang in there Esther, you have plenty people feeling for you. And no matter what you may ever feel, it is because this or these persons who have done this and not some ill-founded short sightedness the decent folk may feel about themselves (just in case you start thinking or feeling like this - sorry if this may be offending you).

  • I requested that scam book remove my comment, since Mr. Berg phoned me today and promised he and Jill Berg would pay me in full tomorrow (1/21/14) on the custom rhinestone cheer shirts that everyone loved. All the parents already paid in full for them, so they wanted to make sure they passed that along to me. I see that my previous comment is still up, which I have no control over, since there is no way to take this down scam book has to remove the comment internally. If I do receive full payment like they promised I will write a FULL apology and retraction here tomorrow, that is my word.

    I received the same promise from him. I was all ready to try to rectify the posting I made of my case with Mike Greene and Robert Berg, even if it was just to merely strenuously apologise, this was at the request of Mike Greene who promised that he would sort things out for me - even to the tune of sending replacement goods that I could sell to recover the very severe losses that I faced, and still face. I am still waiting to get any resolution to my case with him.

    Apparently he has done the same with at least one other person.

    I am not sure how to go about removing a complaint on this website, but please be careful - I could be wrong, he might reimburse you, but there again - - - who knows.

    All I can advise you, is that of course, there is yet another example of his breach of contract with you and that he has committed an offence for selling goods that he had no clear title to.

    I feel for you poppet. I really do.

    I can't say for others, but probably they will identify with what I am just about to say. But when it happened to me, I thought that I was just the only one in that proverbial boat, and that this rotten experience is just a one-off. I couldn't talk about it for ages, and it took quite some doing to talk about it.

    But now, I realise there are others in the boat with me, and folk like this prey on people to get them doing things they would not think of let alone do.

    As John mentions - folk like this will be answering for all eternity. I am intrigued to see if Mike Greene or Robert Berg can account for themselves during the forthcoming period of testing - can you imagine the reproaching if they decide to repent?

    I was replying to a customer who found an old email I had sent to him regarding his order of shoes that I bought from these scummy things.

    And I thought I wonder if anyone else has reported anything new or commented on existing files, and of course I wondered how some of the people they have affected are getting along.

    And I came across these last postings you kindly put on.

    THIS IS MEGA. Thank you John for sharing this information. I went on the website, saw the bookings.

    What a response.

    At least they have been caught for something. I know the bookings have not addressed the fuller picture, but at least it is something.

    Thank you for sharing this information. Is anyone considering contacting the Sheriff's Office to give a statement about what has happened to them? This is something I want to do.

    The only ironic thing is, and forgive me if it is different in the USA - but over here, it is the taxpayer who picks up the tab when someone gets arrested, held over in the cells and eventually comes up before the Bench.

    This has been a massive learning curve, which I have used.
