i was an employe and gave my notice that i was leaving for another job.when i first took the job with them they took 500 dollars out of my check for a escrow that i was to get back when i left as long as i stayed with them for 90 days.i stayed with them from oct.1 till jan 23 and now their not releasing my escrow and and they owe me 258 dollars still for a load i delivered.
