I bought item off this Big Sale Off Buy website. I ordered a new Kindle Fire HD. It's order #353. They took my money for the amount of $130.29. They did not ship this item and I did not receive the item. I want a refund ASAP.

Have you received your order yet???
I placed an order with them as well and filed a complaint on this site. I emailed [email protected] and have gotten absolutely no response (and that was almost a week ago) And the amount was deducted from my credit card well over two weeks ago... almost three now. I never got a confirmation email or anything. I'm completely (Inappropriate Content Removed)off. -

- No I haven't. I'm not happy either. I hope whoever has this website up, ripping people off gets caught and this gets fixed. The money was taken off my card, too. I really don't know what to do. I am thinking about calling my local police dept about this.
