Purchased TurboTax 2012 Home and Business. Downloaded the product. Opened it and it was fine. Next time attempting to open the product, it wouldn't open. Error screen stating invalid signature and to reinstall the program. There is no program to reinstall and company will not answer complaints for a working program or a refund.
