I purchased 3 sets of Highgate Manor flameless LED candles from HSN for Christmas Gifts. One of the sets recently had 1 of the 3 candles go dead. The battery(s) were changed, to no avail. When I called HSN this morning, I was thrown under the bus, in that there is no warranty. HSN should have warned purchasers that Highgate Manor makes no provision for satisfying their clients at all, and HSN does not either. Basically, if you don't return a product within 30 days of purchase ... You are out the money not to mention the embarrasment of giving a lousy gift! Don't buy anything from HOME SHOPPING NETWORK, as you have no recourse if your item breaks down after the 30 day period. Thank God there are still a few companies, such as Bed, Bath & Beyond who accept refunds on any item, for any reason at any time. That is where I will shop from now on, and at least I will have the peace of mind and not get hosed in the process!
