I ordered a Trial kit for £3.95 via Facebook and they have managed to take out £90 out of my bank. I have been ringing them, sent them voice message and emails. I have even written to them on Facebook as. I am a single parent and this is disgusting. I want my money back and in full. If anyone can help me, go rather that would be much help.
