Space Bags (As Seen on TV) advertised that for $19.95 for one set of Space Bags, you would receive two "free" sets of Space Bags, a total of three sets for $19.95. I placed an order online. After several upgrade solicitations which I refused, I finally reached the final order summary page, where to my surprise, I was being charged $49.95 for a Deluxe Set of Space Bags (which I did not order), and $15.95 S&H. There was a button to cancel or edit my order. When I clicked it, I received a message which stated I had to wait at least 30 minutes for processing in order to edit the order. When I attempted to go back to the screen prior to the final order summary page, I received an error message and was not allowed. This practice is unconscionable. Since the order was placed at 5:00 a.m. -- the time of the tv infomericial, and the company's customer service line does not open until 7:00 a.m., I was unable to contact them. Fortunately, I used Amex, which is willing to take up the dispute with the company.
