International boundaries

I am in India.

I have placed an order on website myhealthwealthandandhappiness.com on 28th July for $20.95 and subsequently on September 12th for $29.95.

1-Not received any confirmation from their end,on the contrary I have received a message on both occassions that the transaction has failed,whilst as per my bank the amounts have been collected by the site MYHWH.BETHEA from my account.

2-I have not received the goods ordered and paid for.

The 1st transaction was done on 28th July 2011 for $20.95 for the August 8th Talisman.
and the second transaction was done on Monday 12th September 2011 for $29.95. for the Lucky 7 Key Chain

Bethea claims that in case of any problems she can be contacted on
[email protected] or on Telephone No: (203) 672-0089
and they will try and resolve the matter,however inspite of several messages to the email address,I have not even received a customary acknowledgement,whilst their telephone number only goes to an answering machine that they are available between 8am and 4pm EST,however even during the time 8am-4pm EST ,the number also goes to an answering machine giving the same details.

    Please provide your email address so that I can research the reason you haven't recieved yoru shipment from July 28. The order that placed on September the 12th that is too soon for youu to receive an email. If you would like to provide me your contact phone number to call you I would be happy to do so.   • I received the call from their customer care,and they accepted that they received the order on 28th July,from [email protected] and that they would dispatch the same ASAP,however to date I still haven't received the ordered item.

    On 16th of August,I received an acknowledgement from Bethea regarding the second order placed on 12th July,but to date I haven't received the same item either.

    I wonder whether which mode of transport they are using to send the items,since courier time between the US and India is max 48 hours.

  • I have received the item whose transaction was done on 12th September 4 days ago.However the item purchased on 28th July 2011 has still not been received.

    Bethea can you please advice me if and when you are planning to send the item purchased from you on 28th July 2011.
