WE PAID COMPANY THE FEE OF $599.00 ON AUGUST 16,2011, AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THEY WOULD HAVE A BUYER FOR THE TIMESHARE IN A ABOUT TWO WEEKS HOWEVER, WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE MONEY BEFORE THEY COULD GO AHEAD WITH THE SALE. FROM THAT TIME UNTIL NOW THE COMPANY ALWAYS SAYS THERE IS A POTENTIAL BUYER AND THAT THEY WILL CONTACT MY HUSBAND AND I WITH AN ANSWER. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND AND I ALWAYS GET THE SAME ANSWER. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF NOW AND I CALLED ON FEB.6,2013, ONLY TO BE TOLD THE SAME THING. THEY SHOULD REFUND THE MONEY BACK, AND WE WILL WORK WITH ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY. ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

There have been more than fifty complaints against the company to the BBB and they received a b-. The major complaint is regarding advertising/sales issues. And problems with product/services.

Request for removal.
I am no longer in need of your assistance to resolve this issue, the Better Businesses Bureau has settled the complaint which has resulted in a refund.

You should never pay an upfront fee to sell your timeshare, unfortunately, stories like this happen every day. People should be cautions about anything that sounds to good to be true. You should read this article about timeshare resale frauds:
